I apologize in advance for the long Review. However, I wanted to share my entire experience regarding Van Drunen Heating.
My Air Conditioner (Lennox) had to be replaced after 31 years. I contacted Van Drunen Heating who scheduled a Technician to come to my home to diagnose my current system. I made a wise decision to purchase a new Unit. I then made an appointment for a Sales Representative (Keith) to give me an estimate for a new air conditioner. He also informed me that they apply for the “Work Permit”. After, I gave the okay to purchase a new system, a Technician was than scheduled 24 hours later to come install my new air conditioner. Eric the Technician arrived the next morning. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the entire installation process from start to finish. I was very pleased with the Excellent Customer Service I received from Eric and Van Drunen Heating. When Eric completed the installation of my new air conditioner and new Thermostat, (which was included), he then explained and showed me how to properly operate the new Thermostat which controlled the air conditioner and furnace. I was very pleased and satisfied with the entire installation process of my new air conditioner.
