In the over 50 years since our founding in an old onion set warehouse in South Holland, Van Drunen Heating and Air Conditioning’s goal has remained the same, taking care of people.
Today two generations of the family remain active in the business under the leadership of Keith Van Drunen and Eric Van Drunen. They are respectively the son and grandson of founder Elmer Van Drunen.
We have been located in our office, shop, and warehouse building at 1440 E 168th Street since 1969. It provides the space we need for our sheet metal shop for “in shop” repair work and for our well-stocked inventory of products and supplies. Please stop in and take a tour, we are proud of our operation.
No matter what your heating, ventilation, or air conditioning needs are, call on Van Drunen. You can call us with the full confidence that we will do the work promptly, we will do it right and we will charge you a price that is reasonable and fair. How do we get yearly Better Business Bureau complaint free awards?
This picture displays a portion of Van Drunen Heating and Air Conditioning’s 320 vintage furnace emblems. These art-deco emblems have been removed from old furnaces our company has replaced in the last 48 years. Some of these nameplates are ninety years old. Every one is unique. We have been told that this is the best collection of its kind East of the Mississippi, and is of museum quality. This collection is insured.
At Van Drunen Heating and Air Conditioning, we consider it a privilege to partner with Habitat for Humanity. We are presently assisting on a number of homes in our own community. At times these homes are right down the street from where we live.
