What Types of Upgrades Are Eligible for Financing?

We offer 100 percent financing as part of the Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. In order to qualify for financing under this program, an improvement must meet certain energy efficiency standards, such as Energy Star® standards. The main types of HVAC system improvements that you can use the financing for include hot water boilers, steam boilers, and furnaces. 

What Are the Loan Terms?

Through the Illinois Energy Efficiency Program, those who are eligible for financing can receive a loan at a 4.99 percent fixed rate. Loans can vary in size from as small as $500 to up to $20,000. There are no fees for the loan, and the repayment period is up to 10 years. Additionally, no home equity is required and new homeowners are eligible. 

Am I Eligible for Financing from Van Drunen Heating & Air Conditioning?

In order to qualify for financing, you must own the home, apartment, or condo in which the equipment will be placed and, if you are in a condo or multi-family building, there must be no more than four units in the building. You must also be installing qualified equipment, as discussed above, and you must be able to show that you have the ability to repay the loan and have good credit.
