I called Van Drunen to service my furnace. Upon extensive examination of the furnace, the service person discussed options with me, one being replacement of the furnace. A salesman then came out, the same day, examined the furnace again and then sat down with me to discuss different furnaces that would replace the old one. I selected a new unit and on the very same day, 2 service people installed the new furnace as well as disposing of the old one. Wonderful customer service experience from all of the reps. I’ll do business with them again!
