Was referred to Van Drunen by Lennox to service warrantied equipment that had failed. Had a great experience from start to finish. Friendly and knowledgeable from my first phone inquiry. Had a technician at my home within hours. The technician was experienced, professional and respectful. Service was completed in a timely manner and all questions / concerns were answered. Glad to have found an honest HVAC company that I’ll be calling back for routine maintenance.
