The furnace at my residence failed and the temperature fell to 62 degrees. I called for service. At about 9 30 AM. The office staff was most efficient and advised they would arrange to have a technician come over for assistance. Within an hour, they called back to advise a technician was enrolled. The technician found the problem and advised that a gas valve failed and needed replacement. He advised that he had the part in his truck and told me up-front what the repair would cost. I authorized the repair and my furnace was working within 45 an hour.

Everyone from the office staff to the technician were very friendly and professional. I have used Van Drunen in the past for installation, ductwork and preventive maintenance for my heating and air conditioning and continue to be a very satisfied customer.
