My water heater was leaking. I knew it had to be replaced. I called VAN DRUNEN at 7 a.m. The agent was very cheerful and courteous. She quickly transferred me to Keith and he was able to place me on his schedule for today. Mike, the technician arrived as promised. Mike was professional and explained the installation. The process went as planned. After completion, Mike removed the old water heater and took it away for disposal. Mike also explained the codes. I am very appreciative of the timely response, expert installation, and professional courtesy that was extended to me. Thanks for staying in the South Holland area.
