Mike arrived on time and did a very thorough check of my AC. He listened to all of my concerns. He poured water into the drain line to make sure there were no clogs. He cleaned the outside condensing unit. he was very friendly and answered all of my questions and even drew a little diagram so I would understand the system All in all a great experience!
