Mike called me to let me know he was enroute. Arrived 15 minutes later. Explained the problem. Another 15 minutes he found the root cause. Twenty minutes, part was replaced, unit tested. Didn’t try to hustle me to upgrade system. Only issue…Mike was not comfortable with his new phone, which is very understandable 😎😎😎
This isn’t the first time Van Drunen has come to the rescue. Great tech, great company!!
