We worked with Ricky for initial diagnostics, and he did his best to repair the unit at minimal cost, but it was not to be. Keith gave us estimates on different units, and Dan & Tony worked the install of our new unit and thermostat. They were all very friendly and professional, and we’ll definitely be in touch if we have any HVAC needs in the future.
