There were two gentlemen that arrived at 8 am to remove the current A/C and furnace units which were approximately ten years old. They were to be replaced with a heat pump unit and a furnace assist.
The workers were cordial and efficient. They were there to do an installation in an expedient manner. But they would stop to answer questions regarding the heat pump and thermostat.
The installation went smoothly. They kept the work area clean and ensured that it was clean when they left. Overall, a good experience.
