Great experience working with Keith figuring out which ac unit to buy with regards to low noise, high quality and meeting our comfort needs. The installation by Derek and Tony went flawlessly. They were on time, professional, courteous and did great work

It rained the day prior and the area where the new unit was going, was quite muddy. Great care was taken to minimalize any mess both inside and out. The work zones remained neat and extra care was taken to not disturb any of the surrounding garden or living space. In the end, after all safety checks were done and the work completed, they explained all that was done and then gave us advice for further use.

Our new unit is super quite, and works great. We are both very pleased with the overall experience in our dealings with the Van Drunen company. Top notch.
